So this week Darrell and I had the envious task of trying out the spoiled rules up to this point.  Those being:  Free focus for ‘Jacks during the control phase, focus when Monstrosities are damaged and not loosing it, multiple reach ranges (Nick’s favourite), and last but not least the dreaded pre-measuring. (Spoiler alert; the sky isn’t falling.)

Battle Report 113: Mercenaries (Cognifex Cyphon) vs Skorne (eMakeda) – Oppression Overwhelming vs Overwhelming Oppression!

This battle begins my path into the unknown, as I take control of Nick’s Cephalyx army for a while to satisfy a desire I’ve had ever since this contract was created!  I’ve created a few lists I want to try out and perfect, things will be a little dicey at first, but I hope to be a fine Mind Slaver in no time.

(Half of) Podcast 096 – Cygnar (Haley3) vs Mercs (Cyphon) – MAT11 Seems Pretty Okay!

I am still loving the hell out of Haley3… she’s just so much fun to put on the table! Meanwhile, Nick has decided to dip his toes into the Mercenary pool again…

So, it turns out that the audio for this week’s podcast is exactly 50% of what it should be… for whatever reason, my recording software decided it didn’t want to record Nick or Darrell at all. Thankfully, Darrell had an extra 30 minutes to re-record the turns, but as a result I’ve had to cut vast swathes of our banter (which simply didn’t record!).

My apologies to our listeners… technology is a fickle mistress!

Okay, this is much less of a time-travel than originally expected… see, we were SUPPOSED to record another podcast this week, but SOMEBODY (cough-Todd-cough) had to go and see some band in Toronto.
